Senior Vice Presidents

Noema Systems as part of our expansion is looking to hire fulltime Senior Vice Presidents for Sales & Business Development. The individual will be responsible for growing client base for our practice areas in our primary geographic markets. Individuals with domain experience in the financial and banking, retail industry, healthcare, or higher education are a plus.

Noema is looking for results oriented selling professionals with demonstrated experience in delivering measurable business value to clients through planning and implementing large scale IT solutions and projects. The individual will work with our Practice Directors and Partners to develop strategic account plans & targeted marketing plans to achieve the business plan and financial objectives.

Senior Client Partners

Noema Systems is seeking senior client partners to assume leadership roles in key accounts and developing new accounts. The senior client partner will focus on business development and sales responsibilities including identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. The individual will be responsible for managing high quality delivery while developing strategies and tactics for further penetrating the account and cross selling our capabilities. The senior client partner will act as a trusted advisor and create value.

He / She will be responsible for high-level relationship management with clients. Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship. Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. Drives team to execute on contract terms and conditions and works with the delivery managers to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business. Generally, has profit and loss responsibilities. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Vice President, Technology

The Vice President, Technology will lead in an effort to introduce a governance framework, and in scaling process excellence. In this role he / she will implement and manage best-in-class processes and competencies for operating, maintaining, and protecting a fast growing and increasingly complex technical environment. In addition, this role will consult on, and facilitate the embedding of operational excellence and responsible stewardship across the organization. This role will interact regularly with C-level executives.
